专利摘要:
1467034 Root harvester having conveyers DEERE & CO 20 May 1974 [21 May 1973] 22364/74 Heading B8E [Also in Division A1] A root harvester comprises a root lifting unit 34, a cleaning conveyer 80 having rotating grab rolls 82 for cleaning and conveying the roots received from the unit 34 via a conveyer 68, an auger conveyer 98 for raising the roots received from the cleaning conveyer 80, a storage tank which has a discharge opening at its bottom end just above the cleaning conveyer 80, and a delivery conveyer 126 for delivering the roots received from the auger 98 either outwardly of the harvester to an accompanying storage vehicle or to the storage tank in order to be delivered through the opening into the cleaning conveyer 80 to be finally delivered to the storage vehicle. The roots are dug by lifter wheels 36 and deflected to the conveyer 68 by powered paddle wheels 40 of the unit 34. The wheels 40 are counter clockwisely driven by a shaft 42. Drive to the grab rolls 82 is provided by shafts 86 and an idler 94 causes alternate rolls 82 to rotate in opposite directions thereby facilitating the cleaning action. The auger conveyer 98 is drivingly connected to a sprocket 106 of the shaft 58, which drives the shaft 42, with a bevel gear 108 at the lower end of the auger shaft 104. The conveyer 126 comprises a conveying element 134 rotated by rollers 132 which are in turn operated by a pneumatic control 136. The tank is defined by vertical walls 162, 160, 166 and 164 while its bottom is defined by a conveyer 168 which is driven by another pneumatic control 180 for delivering the roots, guided by a baffle 186, to the cleaning conveyer 80 through the opening. Baffles 176a, 178 are provided to direct the beets on to the conveyer 168. A feed assist device is located adjacent the opening to the conveyer 98 and comprises paddles, rotating about a horizontal axis, to direct any out coming beets from the conveyer 98 back to the conveyer 98. The harvester is connected to a tractor via a hitch 32. The power for driving each of the components is obtained from a P.T.O. shaft 48.

I
The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to combines used for harvesting root crops, for example beets.
A beet harvester is known, s contains a movable frame with a root-digging device, a transversely located cleaning conveyor, a vertical conveyor and a horizontal reversing conveyor, jo placed above the bunker and transmitting the product to be cleaned, while the bunker is installed above the cleaning conveyor. The known combine contains transporting devices for js unloading the hopper into the transport means. The combine provides the ability to continuously load the vehicle, mine the bunker, or periodically load the vehicle -2 ° as the bunker fl flies out.
However, the possibility of such a method of operation of the combine determines the complexity of its design, which ultimately reduces the reliability of the combine. At the same time, the complexity of the combine often does not allow for additional cleaning devices on the combine, which reduces the degree of cleaning of root crops from impurities.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of root crops from impurities.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the bottom of the bunker is made in the form of a horizontal conveyor, and the lower part of the bunker is provided with an discharge opening located above the cleaning conveyor.
At the same time, the discharge opening of the bunker is located along the cleaning conveyor, above which a reflector is mounted on the wall in the zone of said opening.
In addition, the reflective wall is located between the sides of the bunker and is inclined relative to the horizontal conveyor.

Claims (4)
[1]
In this case, the bunker is equipped with additional reflective walls,. installed obliquely above the horizontal conveyor. FIG. 1 is a schematic combo view, top view; in fig. 2 - the same, side view. The beet harvester contains a movable frame with a cl-BOM 1 digging device, a transversely cleaning conveyor 2 made in the form of a screw cleaner, a vertical conveyor 3 made in the form of an auger placed in the groove, and a horizontal reversing conveyor C placed above the bunker 5 which installed above the cleaning conveyor 2. The bottom of the hopper 5 is made in the form of a horizontal conveyor 6. Between the wall 7 of the bunker 5 and the horizontal conveyor 6 there is an unloading window in which zone above the cleaning Conveyor 2 has a reflective wall 8 inclined relative to the horizontal conveyor 6. Inside the hopper 5 above the horizontal conveyor 6, obliquely towards it, the mouth. Additional reflective walls 9 are inserted. Between the digging device 1 and the cleaning conveyor 2 a longitudinal conveyor 10 is placed. The combine works as follows From the digging device 1, the root crops with impurities along the frontal conveyor 10 are fed to the cleaning conveyor 2, which, cleaning the roots, feeds them to the vertical conveyor 3. From the vertical conveyor 3, the root crops are fed to the horizontal reversing conveyor k, which in the case of a sufficient degree of cleaning of the root crops loads them into the river before reaching Tranfer means. In the case of insufficient degree of cleaning of the rootstocks, the direction of movement of the working leaf of the horizontal reversing conveyor k is reversed and the roots from the vertical conveyor 3 are directed to the hopper 5. from impurities. The reflective wall 8 at the same time helps to reduce the height of the fall and root crops to the cleaning conveyor 2 and to feed them to the back of this conveyor. In this case, the reflective wall 8, which overlaps the main part of the surface of the cleaning conveyor 2, helps to prevent the unloading of root crops coming in two streams, namely, from the digging device 1 and from the bunker 5. The reflective walls 9, located above the horizontal conveyor 6, also contribute to softening impacts of root crops when falling and excluding their unloading at the walls of the bunker 5. As the number of root crops in the chain of combine cleaning and transporting devices increases, the directions of movement the worker’s work on a horizontal reversible K rasporter for the purpose of unloading root crops into a vehicle. Thus, as necessary, the roots are subjected to additional purification from impurities, which results in an increase in the degree of purity. Claim 1. In-line harvester comprising a movable frame with a digging device, a transversely located cleaning conveyor, a vertical conveyor and a horizontal reversing conveyor positioned above the bunker and conveying the cleaned product into it, while the bunker is mounted above the cleaning conveyor, characterized in that in order to increase the degree of purification of root crops from impurities, the bottom of the bunker is made in the form of a horizontal conveyor, and the lower part of the bunker is provided with a cleaning conveyor discharge hole,
[2]
2. A combine according to claim 1, characterized in that the discharge opening of the hopper is located along the cleaning conveyor, above which a reflective wall is installed in the area of said opening,
[3]
3. Combine according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the reflective wall is located between the sides of the bunker and is inclined relative to the horizontal conveyor,
[4]
4. A combine according to claim 1, characterized in that the hopper is provided with additional reflective walls mounted obliquely above the horizontal conveyor. Sources of information taken into account in the examination 1. US Patent No. 3695.360, class 171-58, 1972.
